Milestones
The starting point for the company was September 3, 2010 when the consolidated financials we’re published with an 8-K/A. This officially made RTG Ventures an operating company and enabled management to commence product development. Since then, these are the major milestones that have been achieved:
- November 2010: Establishment of European office in London, England
- December 2010: Appointment of development resource in Kiev, Ukraine
- January 2011: Presentation of CloudChannel 1.0 and iPayu 1.0
- January 2011: New corporate website launched
- February 2011: Partnership with Aderra announced
- March 2011: CloudChannel 2.0 strategy workshop in Kiev incorporating feedback from 1.0
- March 2011: iPayu re-branded Paylogy and new website launched
- April 2011: CloudChannel 2.0 build commences
- April 2011: Reggie James joins Board
- April 2011: Fiona Bloom appointed to lead Digital Clarity in New York
- June 2011: Audigist 1.0 soft-launch
- August 2011: Company marketing campaign commences
- August 2011: Strategic alliance with Origin Digital Signed
